Lovely hotel, vintage decor, warm & welcoming staff giving excellent customer service. It was our first visit to Istanbul where we stayed in a lovely hotel located in the city. Nice Valentines weekend break (last year Feb 2019), visited the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace Museum, coffee shops, open square with shops open til late & if you like Shisha this is the place to go. Then to come back to our hotel just a walking distance within the centre, to our clean room.
Sultanhan hotel is centrally located, walking distance from all the Sultanhamat attractions on one side, and the Grand Bazaar on the other. The hotel is like a luxury hotel, with super comfortable and spacious rooms. The killer is the roof top (covered) breakfast area where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the city on all sides, while having the most scrumptious breakfast available anywhere in Istanbul, included in the price of the room.

Staff just great and always welcoming porter was always happy to do anything. Staff in restaurant offered service despite it being buffet style...great views of city. super thick towels and we had a balcony . too warm even in December
